Reporting Security Vulnerabilities
Suspected cybersecurity vulnerabilities or other security-related issues in an SSP product can be reported directly to the SSP Security Team at [email protected].
Where possible, a report should include:
- the product name;
- the product ID number;
- a description of the issue;
- steps to reproduce it; and
- the reporter's contact details.
SSP aims to acknowledge received reports within five working days. Where applicable, SSP publishes security advisories, security updates, product notices, software information, and product-specific support or end-of-support information through its established customer communication channels.
Consumer Dispute Resolution
In accordance with § 36 (1) no. 1 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG), SSP Safety System Products GmbH & Co. KG is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
